Meeting was called to order at 6:05
Review and consideration of the September 20, 2023 minutes.
Motion to accept: Pam Bruss

Decision: 4-0 in favor
Pam discussed the changes that had been made to the spread sheet at the previous meeting.
Bryan confirmed the Fire Department items, their costs, and timing. He also relayed that he is applying for grants to fund several of the future equipment needs.
Pam and Karen discussed whether or not the annual appropriation to the Conservation Fund should appear in the CIP. It was decided that not enough information is available at this time so the discussion was tabled to a future meeting.
