Meeting was called to order at 7:01
Review and consideration of the October 12, 2022 minutes.

Decision: 5-0 in favor
Pam gave an overview of the previous CIP.
The group discussed adding any additional members.
The group briefly discussed any known upcoming projects that may be added to the CIP. That will be discussed when the department heads present their proposed projects at their interviews.
The group decided that all department heads will be invited to the next CIP meeting on August 16 at 6:00 PM. Karen will notify them of the date and send the request forms. The department heads will be asked to submit their proposals by August 10th so the Committee has time to review them ahead of the meeting.
The Committee set their meeting schedule as follows:

September 6
September 20
October 4
October 18
All meetings will take place at 6:00 pm.
Presentation to the Planning Board is tentatively scheduled to take place on November 28th.
