Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes January 29, 2018 Pledge of Allegiance Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm Roll Call- John Pfeifle, Chairman; Jim Bibbo, Selectman; Karen Hambleton, Town Administrator and Marilyn Gordon, Treasurer were in attendance Sonny Harris, Selectman was not in attendance Appearances: Transfer Station: Lois Kilnapp stated that NFI had asked about how volunteering in town. They will do some road clean up along Route 114. She also mentioned that she may have help from the inmates in doing some painting at the Transfer Station. Notice of Public Bond Hearing Monday, February 12, 2018 6:00 pm   Bradford Area Community Center Senior Room 134 East Main Street Bradford, NH Pursuant to RSA 33:8-a, a public hearing will be held to hear details of the proposed issuance of the following BOND: A BOND to complete the renovations, begun in 2017, of the existing Bradford Town Hall necessary to prepare the first floor for occupancy by the town offices and to provide needed meeting space. The exact amount of the bond is yet to be fully determined, but is estimated at $960,000. Questions should be addressed to the Selectmen’s Office at 603-938-5900.
