Meeting called to order at 5:59 p.m.
Present: Marlene Freyler, Jarna Perkins, Erica Gross
- Jarna made a motion to approve the minutes of November 2021. Erica seconded. All in favor,
3-0.
2. Marlene reported that she had spoken with NH Municipal Association regarding the need to do a new RFP each year and was told that we only need to renew it.
3. We reviewed cemetery maintenance contracts and made updates where needed. Erica will rewrite the contracts with the changes.
4. A warrant article was written regarding changes to the 1994 Cemetery Damage Repair Trust Fund that we will present at the next town meeting. There will be no increase in the cemetery budget. This warrant article will be to change the wording of the trust so that the Commission can access money for repairs to the cemetery.

After a short discussion we have decided to change the start time of our meetings to 5:30pm. Erica will let Maureen know so she can adjust the calendar.
Next meeting is Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 5:30pm at the Bradford Area Community Center.
