3. Treasurer’s report was read and accepted.

4. Plans for booth at July 2nd fair discussed. Craft items will be sold with a portion of the sale to be contributed to the Bradford Land Conservation fund.

5. Forest Street illegal junkyard was discussed. Building Inspector has visited this site and agrees that it is in violation. Town Administrator, Karen Hambleton, will write a letter to the owner.

6. Select Board is interested in getting a cell tower to provide service to downtown Bradford.

7. Site walk has been scheduled for Map 3, Lot 89 (‘oxbow lot’) on Tuesday June 28th at 6 pm. This will be before the Planning Board meeting of that day. Conservation Commission expressed displeasure that we have not been provided with a copy of the site plan. Brooks suggested that the Commission question whether or not firewood processing is ‘Forestry’. George will call Tim Fleury (county forester) to inquire about this. Commission unanimously approved (with Brooks abstaining) authorizing Ann to draft comments to the planning board, to be augmented by any information George obtains from Tim Fleury.
