Draft Meeting Minutes
October 20, 2015 — 7 pm

Present: George Beaton, Nathanial Bruss, Meg Fearnley, Seth Benowitz,
Judith Ann Eldridge, Brooks McCandlish
Minutes of meeting of 9/15/2015 were reviewed and approved.
Treasurers report: No payments have been made since the last report, and less than $2 interest was received in the last statement period.
Budget: The CC approved a 2016 budget of $886, with all line items unchanged except for Dues and Conferences, which were increased to reflect the increased cost of these items.
Warner River Protection: Scott will continue to represent Bradford at the meetings. The Historical Society and/or the RHC may be tapped for a second Bradford representative.
Tillie Wheeler Trail: RHC is coordinating trail clean up Saturday 10/24.
The annual hazardous waste collection day will also be 10/24 from 9 am to 12 noon, in Henniker.
Meetings and Conferences: Seth and Patty plan to attend the NHCC Annual Meeting in Pembroke, 11/7. Ann will attend ASLPT’s CC Chair’s meeting 10/22. Seth is planning to attend the ASLPT annual meeting 10/ 25 – others are welcome as well.
The Master Plan update process was discussed. The natural resource sections of questionnaires from the 2006 and 1996 plans were reviewed, and suggestions were made about what would be most useful in a new questionnaire. Ann volunteered to compile these and distribute to the Commission for review before passing them to the Planning Board.
