NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BRADFORD, NH ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Bradford Zoning Board of Adjustment will be meeting on December 16, 2015 at 7:00pm in the Youth Room of the Bradford Area Community Center on Main St for the following:
As set forth by RSA 674:33 I. (B) the board will review for acceptance an application for a variance request to Article III, Section D. 3 regarding setbacks. The application is submitted by Tyler McIver for property located at 104 East Main St (Map 17-3). The request is to construct a covered storage area which is approximately 5’ from the rear property line where 30’ is required and 28’ from the easternmost property line where 28’ is required.
If the board finds the application to be complete the board will move into a public hearing on the matter. If a decision is not reached the hearing will continue at the next meeting without further notice.
