Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of October 7, 2015 reviewed with no changes.
Receipt of Applications
Bill & Tyler McIver submitted an application for a variance for a mulch/sand storage area at 85 W. Main St. Previously the materials were covered only with tarps; the variance would allow them to put blocks and a roof over the materials.
- Motion made to schedule a Public Hearing for December 16, 2015. Voted 3-0.
Consultation
Lauren Morell was present to discuss process of getting a Special Exception for a property at Map 19-31.

- Motion made to move meeting time January 6, 2015 to 7:30pm. Voted 3-0.
As there was no other business to come before the board meeting adjourned at 7:35pm.
