Review and Consideration of Minutes
Unable to review minutes but will review the minutes of 12/22/13 at next meeting.
Gravel Pit Status Updates
Barry Wheeler presented Earth Excavation Permit Application. Motion to accept application as complete.
Motion to accept waivers. Application has been approved for 3 years.
Sweet Beet Update:
Garret will make an amendment in current site plan showing that Sweet Beet is occupying the building.
Map 3-89:
Abutter had questions re: status, it was discussed that the application was denied due to wetlands and flooding. Application has been rejected and sent to the Zoning Board.
Additional information:
There will be a conference in the Spring re: Energy Planning and it is recommended that members attend and report back to the board the session after the conference.
Master Plan:
Jim will send out the Master Plan to members of the Board.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 26,2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
