TOWN OF BRADFORD PLANNING BOARD
OCTOBER 13, 2015
Meeting called to order by Claire James at 7:00pm
Members Present
Garrett Bauer; Claire James; Mark Keith; Carol Troy; Marcia Keller, Alternate, seated for Jim Bibbo; Steve Chase, Alternate, seated for Erich Caron; Sonny Harris, Selectmen’s Rep, arrived at 7:08pm

Public Hearing on the Capital Improvements Program 2016-2021
CIP document was reviewed by board members with no questions from the public.
Motion made to adopt the 2016-2021 CIP document, voted 7-0.
-Secretary will provide copies to the Selectmen and Budget Committee.
-Mike Tardiff, CNHRPC, will send Certificate of Adoption to Secretary for board members to sign.
Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion made to approve minutes of September 22, 2015 without edit. Voted 6-0, Sonny Harris abstained.
Site Plan Consultation- Map 3-89
Bradford resident Lynn Gross presented plans for a business that would process firewood and eventually sell landscape and hardscape materials. Board members asked questions and referenced a provided wetlands map.
-Ms. Gross will provide Secretary with completed application by October 23, 2015.
-Pending completed application a public hearing is scheduled for November 10, 2015.
Master Plan
Garrett Bauer and Claire James gave an update on the Master Plan. Board members have received feedback from the Conservation Commission and are still waiting on reply from the Hwy Dept, Police Dept, Town Administrator, Transfer Station and Historical Society. Board discussed wording of survey questions and how to effectively get quality information from tax payers and business owners. Questions from 2006 Master Plan referenced.
-Claire James will make appropriate changes to the proposed survey questions and will provide working document for the next meeting including proposed modifications.
Finalize Budget
Planning Board budget was reviewed with minor changes.
-Secretary will ask Town Administrator about CNHRPC billing for next year.

The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 7:00pm at BACC.
