Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of December 8, 2015 reviewed and accepted as presented.

– Notice of Decision received from ZBA for Map 17-3
– Board members are encouraged to recruit alternates for the Planning Board
Interviews
Applicants interviewed for Planning/Zoning Clerical position at 7:00pm and 7:20pm
Motion to move into Non-Public Session per RSA 91A:3(b) voted 4-0.
Board entered into nonpublic session at 7:35pm
Board re-entered into public session at 7:44pm
Motion made to hire Molly Hopkins-Small for the clerical position, voted 4-0.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
