February 14, 2017
Meeting called to order by Erich, Chair, at 7:00PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of Jan. 24, 2016 we approved with adding 1 abstained during Public Hearing, adding Map/Lot number to G&A, and adding Map/Lot number for Pizza Chef.
Sign Ordinance
The most up-to-date sign ordinance will be added to the Town Website and will also be available at the Library and town office. Pam will follow up with Marcia Keller her questions and concerns. All documents have been submitted to Camila and the Zoning Amendment was added to the ballot to be voted on March 14th.
Master Plan: Dean Williams will be attending the Planning Board meeting on March 14th to present the Transportation Chapter that he has been working on for the Master plan. Claire will follow up with him to confirm with him as the date gets closer.
Other Business:
- Erich approved the bill from the Concord Monitor regarding the Public Hearing held for the Sign Ordinance.
- Carol attended the last ZBA meeting and updated the Planning Board that Churchill was approved for a Special Exception for the Junk and that an application for a site plan will be sent to the Planning Board when Churchill is ready. Pam suggested that the Board research the RSA’s regarding Junk Yards so that when and if an application is presented to the Board they will have knowledge on the regulations.
- Carol asked the Planning Board secretary to have more information on the agenda’s for example include map and lot numbers when an application is being presented.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday February 28th, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
