April 12, 2016
Meeting called to order by Erich Caron, Chair, at 7:00PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion to approve minutes for April 12, 2016 with no corrections, Vote 4-0
Motion to appoint Steve Chase for another three years as an alternate, Vote 4-0
Appearances:
Peter Isham regarding his gravel pit. Peter presented the Board with Gravel pit application, a check for filing fee, and a Letter of Credit. Secretary will file.
Vote Alternate to Board:
The board requested this vote get postponed to next meeting due to the fact that no all members of the Board were present and also not all alternates were present to indicate if they were interested in joining the Board.
Master Plan:
Garret Bauer dropped off a bunch of blank surveys with Lois at the dump last week and Lois said that she has been handing them out to the residents. Two new completed surveys were mailed into the office last week, making a total of 44 on file and 38 surveys have been completed online. The Board suggested sending out postcard reminders, using the Tax Record mailing list, to all residents and landowners, letting them know where they can pick up a copy of the survey and also how to access it via online. The secretary will talk with the Town Administrator to see what is in the current budget for the Master Plan.
Other Business:
Lot Line Adjustment: Ken Anderson has a Lot Line Adjustment, Claire James will bring Ken the needed paperwork that he needs to complete and return to the Town Office.
Sign Permit Application: Jordon Dunne has filed a Sign Permit but the application has not been given to the Planning Board at this time. The Board reviewed the sign ordinance and informed the Dunne family to present the application to the Select Board at their next meeting on May 2, 2016. Secretary will follow up with Town Administrator to have Jordon Dunne added to the next agenda.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 10, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
