Meeting called to order by Erich Caron, Chair, at 7:00PM.

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion to approve minutes for June 28, 2016
Appearances:
Tom Cullinane: Tom would like to build a small 18×18 shed on his property at 212 Fairground Rd (Lot32/33) The board reviewed his plans and denied the request stating that he needs to go to the Zoning Board for a Special Exception.
Authur F Siciliano: presented his plans for a subdivision of land (Map15/3) that is in Bradford, Henniker, and Hillsborough. He has already presented his plans in Hillsborough and was approved. Motion to approve, vote 7-0
Steve Chase: Presented to the board the Historical Society’s plans for the Old Post Office and Tin Shop. They would like to make the Post Office into a meeting house that will be able to hold up to 75 people, with a side door and ramp to meet ADA regulations. The Historical Society would also like to make the Tin Shop ADA assessable by adding a ramp. Steve passed out handouts that detailed the plans as well as estimated costs. The board expressed that they are interested in the plans and look forward to seeing the progress. Steve plans on presenting these plans at the next Selectmen’s meeting.
Master Plan: The deadline for completed surveys has passed. All hard copies need to be entered into Survey Monkey and there will be a work session at the Community Center on July 28th from 8:30am-noon. Claire will be organizing the work session.
Sign Ordinance: The subcommittee is meeting on Aug. 1st and will have more information to present to the Board at the next Planning Board meeting following the Aug. 1st meeting.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday July 26, 2016 at 7:00pm at BACC.
