Site walk began at 5:02
Dan Higginson explained the scope of the project. The first of the 6 cabins will be renovated for occupancy and the others will follow as needed. Dan described the location of the septic and well.
Bryan raised concerns about the access to the cabins in regards to the weight of fire trucks. Dan said that he will add to the site plan that there will be a gravel road to the cabins so that the fire trucks will have stable access. The road will be added on to as more cabins are available for occupancy.
Bryan raised the concern about full time residents. Dan stated that is it clearly marked on the site plan that these are for temporary occupancy only.
The group walked the property to see the locations of the 6 cabins.
