Notice is hereby given of a hearing to be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 7:00pm, in the Town Hall on West Main St, concerning a request by William C. Heselton for a Special Exception, per Article III, Section G of the Bradford Zoning Ordinance regarding Junk Yards and Motor Vehicle Junk Yards.
The applicant proposes to operate a motor vehicle salvage yard on property located on County Rd and Rowe Mountain Rd (Map 9 Lot 45).
