ORDINANCE RELEGATING SKATEBOARDING ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS AND TOWN PROPERTY
In consideration of the safety, health and well being of all persons in or about the Town of Bradford and under the powers granted to the Board of Selectmen under RSA 31:39,41:11 and 47:17 is hereby enacted to regulate all skateboarding activities on public ways and town properties within the Town of Bradford.
1. It shall be unlawful for any person to skateboard or conduct any skateboarding activity on any public way, sidewalk, and common or upon any town property within the boundaries of the Town of Bradford.
2. Skateboarding or skateboarding activities shall be allowed only on and at designated site (s) approved by the Board of Selectmen.
3. Any and all approved sites will have rules governing conduct, safety requirements, responsibilities and hours of use conspicuously posted.
4. Violation of any provision of this ordinance will constitute a statutory violation which may be subject to appropriate enforcement action (s) and ? or a fine not less than twenty- five ($25.00) and not to exceed One Thousand dollars ($1000.00).
