UPDATE: The Selectmen voted on 5/20/08 to withdraw the petition from Superior Court and to begin the petition process anew for a proposed Special Town Meeting at the end of July or early August. This topic will be addressed at the June 3rd Selectmen’s Meeting.

EQUITY CITATION FOR PUBLICATION
The above entitled action for Special Town Meeting is now pending in this Court. The original Petition is on file in this Court and may be examined by interested parties.
It is ordered by the Court that the Town of Bradford give notice to the residents of the town of the pendency of this action by causing a true and attested copy of this Citation Order of Notice to be published in the next available edition of the Concord Monitor, a local newspaper with a wide circulation in the Town of Bradford, in the County of Merrimack, and the State of New Hampshire, the last publication to be not less than twenty four hours before the hearing. The Town shall also cause a copy of this Notice to be posted in two public places in said town and at the Selectmen’s Office of the Town of
