Review of Minutes
Minutes of December 16, 2015 reviewed and approved with no changes.
Receipt of Applications
Variance application for wetlands buffer setback received from Lynn Gross for Map 3-89 located on Route 103.
- Public hearing scheduled for February 3, 2016.
- A site walk will be conducted January 14, 2016 at 11:00am. Site walk is open to the public.
Public Hearing
Public hearing for Map 19-31 on Oakdale Rd opened at 7:36pm.
Board reviewed the completed application and asked questions. No comments received from the public. Public hearing closed at 7:43pm.
- Motion made to accept the application and approve the Request for Special Exception. Voted 3-0.
As there was no further business to come before the board, meeting adjourned at 8:36pm.
