ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Meeting called to order at 7:05pm by Brooks McCandlish, Chair.
Denise Renk was welcomed back to the board for another term.

Election of Officers
Mark Fournier nominated Brooks McCandlish for Chairman. Motion seconded. Vote passed 2-0.
Denise Renk nominated Mark Fournier for Vice Chairman. Motion seconded. Vote passed 2-0.
Review & Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of February 4, 2015 approved and accepted with no changes.
Planning & Zoning Conference
Chair advised of OEP Planning and Zoning Conference on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Grappone Center in Concord. Both Fournier and Renk have signed up to attend. Chair will send out an e-mail to remind other board members of OEP as this is the last meeting before the conference.
Review Rules of Procedure/Meeting Cancellation Policy
Due to the regularity of no ZBA business coming before the board, it was suggested that an unofficial cancellation policy be decided on. Chair proposed setting a cut-off time of 5pm on ZBA meeting days in order to be within Town Office hours. This will be reviewed as an unofficial rule at May 6 meeting when more members are present.
As there were no new applications and no new business to come before the board meeting adjourned at 7:30pm. The next ZBA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 7:00pm.
