ZBA Rules of Procedure
Zoning Board Rules of Procedure: Meetings reviewed, proposed policy statement as follows:
“MEETINGS
- Meetings shall be held at the call of the chairperson in accordance with RSA 673:10. Regular meetings shall be held at the Town Hall, Community Center, or other public facility at 7:00pm on the first Wednesday of each month. Public notice of all meetings shall be posted at the Post Office, the Town Hall Bulletin Board, and the Town website, and notice given to each member of at least forty-eight (48) hours, excluding Sundays and legal holidays, prior to such meetings.
Anyone wishing to be included on the agenda of a meeting shall notify the secretary or the chairman at least 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays, before the meeting.
The chairman may cancel or reschedule any meeting due to a lack of business, inclement weather, etc. provided that notice of cancellation is posted as soon as practical, and notice of rescheduled meetings is given as detailed above, in accordance with RSA 91-A:2.”

As there were no new applications and no new business to come before the board meeting adjourned at 7:40pm. If there is business, the next ZBA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 7:00pm in the Selectmen’s Office.
