TOWN OF BRADFORD
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
SEPTEMBER 7, 2010

Call to Order and Roll Call:
Brooks McCandlish, Chair opened the September 7, 2010 meeting at 7:04pm with Les Gordon, Andrew Pinard, Bill Glennie and Marge Cilley, Secretary present. Absent were Richard Dionne and Brian Muchow, Alternate.
Motion was made by Les Gordon to approve the August 3, 2010 minutes as presented. Seconded by Andrew Pinard. Motion carried 3-0.
Harry Wright, Oakdale Road appeared before the Zoning Board of Adjustment having re-written his document and changed the text (elevations) to re-submit his Application for Variance for the building of a garage on his property. Six copies were presented along with required checks. The abutter list will be forthcoming.
Motion was made by Les Gordon to accept the Application as complete, seconded by Andrew Pinard. Motion carried 4-0.
A Public Hearing will be scheduled for October 5, 2010.
Brooks McCandlish advised he will not be here for the October meeting.
Brooks McCandlish, Chair advised he received a telephone call from Jim Bibbo regarding a Variance he had done last fall. It was stated that after one year, it has expired and would be null and void. The procedure would be to re-apply, re-notice abutters and in the paper. Consensus of committee was for Jim Bibbo to resubmit the old and re-do his application.
Motion was made by Bill Glennie that all applicants must furnish 3 labels for each abutter as well as the Applicant. Seconded by Andrew Pinard. Carried 4-0
