Review and Consideration of Minutes
The minutes for September 3, 2014 and October 1, 2014 were acknowledged and reviewed with no edits.
Applications
No new applications were received.
To Do Folder- 2015 Budget
2014 budget was reviewed and 2015 budget was discussed. Payroll and supplies budget will remain the same and the conference/seminar budget will be raised to $195 due to elevated cost of seminars. Motion made to accept 2015 budget. Motion carried 5-0.
Tri-Fold
The Tri-Fold was reviewed with an edit to add a “Revised Date”. Motion made to accept the ZBA Tri-Fold with edit. Motion carried 5-0.
The next ZBA Meeting will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 7:00pm.
As there was no other business to come before the board, meeting adjourned at 7:25pm.
