ZONING BOARD MINUTES
March 4th, 2020
Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
Members: Brooks McCandlish, Chair; Ken Parys, Vice Chair (Absent); Stephen Pierce (Absent), Denise Renk, Nathanial Bruss
Alternates: Robert Hodges, William Duffy
Call to order and roll Call
To Do:
- Review and consideration for the February 5th, 2020 minutes.
Motion: Nathanial Bruss motioned a continuation to approve February 5th, 2020 minutes at the next Zoning Board meeting on April 1st, 2020.
Second: Brooks McCandlish
Decision: All in favor
Appearances:
Jason Bugg came before the board to review and submit the variance application for Map 21, Lot 26 (between 114 and Lake Massesecum). If complete, determine whether or not the project has a regional impact, and schedule a site walk and public hearing.
Motion: Nathanial Bruss made a motion to accept the application with an updated abutters list.
Second: Brooks McCandlish
Decision: All in favor
The board discussed whether this application has a regional impact?
Motion: Robert Hodges made a motion that the application does not have a regional impact.
Second: Nathanial Bruss
Decision: All in favor
A site walk has been scheduled for March 21st, 2020 at 9:00am. A Public Hearing will be held on April 1st, 2020.
Jason Bugg asked if there was anything, he should have present for the site walk, the Board asked that it be clear where the Boundary lines are. The board had questions in regards to the driveway in the drawings submitted in the application. Jason Bugg has not yet determined what kind of driveway will be implemented.
Zoning Board Communication:
The next ZBA meeting will be held at the BACC April 1st, 2020 at 7:00pm.
