Bacc meeting Dec. 14th 2010,
Meeting opened at 5 m by chair John Bruss, those present were John Bruss, Dawn Rich, Ona Ruchti, Margaret Raymond, Ellen Brownson, Jane King, Bruce Edwards, Karen Hambleton, Kate Dobrowski.
Jane King met with us about starting a program at the center about alternative healing or just someplace to go with no drugs, alcohol, no sugar or caffeine target audience any one wishing to join.

Breakfast with Santa went well. Tree sale went well. Coordinate together next year

Maintenance – Boiler thermo coupler replaced, Rob Kenyon is putting a quote together for air conditioning in preschool and senior room. Energy audit by John Snell is being conducted at this time. Christmas tree sale was a success at least 25 trees sold, Thank you to Martha Barron and her volunteers for putting it together thanks to Ted Young and Bruss Constuction. A room usage report is being generated using room reservation forms
Budget was submitted on Dec. 7th. The emergency lighting fixture in front upper stairway still needs to be replaced. Jane King – new program. Becky Darling new watercolor class Tuesday 9;30 to 12;00 additional income in community room
Dawn Rich gave her resignation at this meeting we will miss her input meeting was closed at 6;00 pm next meeting will be Jan 11th 2011 at 5;00pm happy new year bruce
