The Budget Committee meeting was opened by Gary Wall, Chair at 7:04pm with Dick Keller, Chris Aiken, George Cilley and Beth Rodd present. Peter Fenton, Selectmen Representative and Cheryl Behr, Administrator, and Marge Cilley, Secretary were absent.
Motion was made by Beth Rodd to approve the minutes from November 9, 2010, seconded by George Cilley. Motion carried 5-0.

No budget was changed or approved by the Budget Committee
Dick Keller did a presentation on Ambulance Services in other areas.
7:40pm The Budget Committee went into recess.
8:19pm The Budget Committee came back into session.
The next scheduled meeting is Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 7:00pm
Motion was made by Beth Rodd to Adjourn, seconded by George Cilley at 8:22pm
