Call to Order and Roll Call:
Robert Stewart, Sr., Chair called the November 25, 2008 Budget Committee meeting to order at 7:00pm with Andrew Pinard, Selectmen Representative, Jane Lucas, Jack Meaney, Gary Wall, Chris Aiken, Marlene Freyler, Cheryl Behr, Administrator and Marge Cilley, Secretary present.
Robert Stewart, Sr. advised this is a walk through tonight, and there will be no voting.
4130 Executive:
1400 questioned regarding part time wages. Selectmen have approved

This year will be School Board and Village District

Wages questioned and discussed.

Increase due to employees who have changed policies

Custodian also cleans fire station and town hall
Inventory tag system discussed on equipment over $500.00 (A bar code system)

A new mower is being requested.

Liability Insurance increased 9%

Milfoil added, VNA and CAP moved

Cruiser leases all done

Regarding fees set and amount of reimbursement expected. * Need to request the Rescue Squad come before the Budget Committee

Building Inspector spending considerable time at Town Sheds
