CIP COMMITTEE AGENDA

MONDAY, OCTOBER 30th,  6 pm   (immediately following the Select Board meeting)

  1.  Call meeting to order.
  2. Review Minutes from last meeting.
  3.  Discuss chair’s proposed CIP recommendations for departmental projects and adjust as needed.
  4.  Discuss Fire Department CIP allocations (with Mark Goldberg, if he is available to attend) to confirm annual CIP allocations for departmental project requests and future growth.
  5. Review and compare tax impact from last year to the coming year’s proposed projects
  6. Confirm which CIP committee members will be in attendance at the November 16th Budget Committee meeting to help present and discuss the final draft of the CIP
  7. Any other business
  8. Adjourn meeting
