PLANNING BOARD
May 9, 2017
Meeting called to order by Erich, Chair, at 7:00PM.
Members Present
Erich Caron, Chair; Claire James, Vice Chair; Sonny Harris, Selectmen’s Rep; Pam Bruss; Garrett Bauer; Carol Troy; Robert Close; Suzzanne Simano, Alternate, Steve Chase
Members Absent
Doug Troy; Miriam D’Angona; Michael James, Alternate
Minutes: April 25th minutes were approved with no changes
Bradford Pines:
The Board discussed and reviewed the packet sent by the State.
Allocation for sections of the Zoning and Planning regulations:
Excavation Reg: Claire, Bob, and Steve. Zoning Ordinance: Pam, Garrett and Suzzanne. Site Plan: Erich, Claire and Bob. Subdivision: Sonny and Carol. The Board will ask Michael and Doug at the next meeting what sections they would be interested in working on.
Gravel Pits:
Claire has been in contact with all gravel pit owners, with the exception of Harriet. Members of the Board that are interested are avail on 5/11 anytime; Steve is also available on Saturday May 13th. Claire will continue working with the gravel pit owners and set up times to go and do the inspections, she will email the members that are interested with the dates and time.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 23, 2017 at 7:00pm at BACC.
