Meeting called to order by Jim Bibbo, Chair, at 7:00pm

Review and Consideration of Minutes
Motion made to approve minutes of May 26, 2015 without edits. Voted 4-0. Garrett Bauer and Sonny Harris abstained.
Home Business Compliance
Home Business Compliance Form received for Map 2-91. Approved and signed by Planning Board Chair.
Proposed Subdivision Regulation Changes
It was suggested that neighboring community’s regulations be reviewed. Selectmen’s Rep made several suggestions and will investigate further and provide wording for proposed changes at next meeting.
Master Plan
Garrett Bauer was appointed to lead the Master Plan. He will begin organizational efforts and check-in ¹two meetings from now.
Wetlands Workshop & NH Method
Sonny Harris briefed the board on recently attended NH Method Workshops which provided information about wetland evaluation, analysis and introductory training for community volunteers. He encouraged board members to attend future learning opportunities on the subject and emphasized nhwetlandsmapper.unh.edu as a useful tool.
CIP Report
Chair reviewed CIP letter sent out to town department heads regarding Selectmen enforcement of CIP participation. Next CIP meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 6:00pm.
Additional Business
– Information on agricultural ordinances will be provided by Claire James at next meeting.
– Letter received from NH Joint Board of Licensure and Certification read to record requesting a formal Complaint Form be filed by the board regarding Map 6-82. Chair will fill out complaint form.
– Gravel Pit Inspections discussed. First pit inspection tentatively scheduled for Saturday June 27, 2015 at 9am at Hill & Dale, LLC. Claire James & Jim Bibbo will reach out to possible qualified members of inspection team to verify interest and availability.
– Chair will speak with Barry Wheeler regarding excavation permit that expired July 12, 2014.
– Claire James will reach out to Mary Pinkham Langer (NHDRA) about a municipality’s ability to levy fines on pit owners who neither file for a permit nor reclaim.
The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 7:00pm.
