WORK SESSION
JUNE 28, 2011
7:00PM.
Call to Order and Roll Call:
Marcia Keller, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:04pm with Phil LaMoreaux, Assistant Chair, Bill Glennie, Sonny Harris, Harry Wright, Selectmen Representative, and Marge Cilley, Secretary. John Greenwood and Jim Bibbo had excused absence.
Marcia Keller, Chair reiterated the importance of the members attending the meeting on July 12, 2011 as there are several Public Hearings scheduled.
Review and Consideration of the May 24, 2011 minutes:
First word, first heading should read Conceptual.
Motion was made by Phil LaMoareaux to approve the minutes as written with the above edit. Motion seconded by Bill Glennie. Motion carried 3-0.
To Do Folder:
Mention was made of the information received from the Merrimack County Conservation District to help with Site Plans, Storm Water Erosion Control etc.
Office of Energy and Planning memo update on Regulations was received and mentioned.
Hasey/Hogancamp mylar was signed.
Continuation of Topics:
Marcia Keller, Chair discussed the letter to the Selectmen regarding the Planning Board’s offer to help the Town through the Board of Selectmen with the Road Committee. It was reiterated that the offer to help was not to the Road Committee, but to the Board of Selectmen. Discussion ensued.
The Selectmen agreed with the CIP Time Line which was presented to them at their last meeting.
Motion was made by Bill Glennie for Phil LaMoreaux to take Bill’s place as Planning Board member on the CIP Committee during Bill’s 3 month absence. Seconded by Sonny Harris. Motion carried 5-0.
There is no Fair Share information available at this time.
Discussion ensued regarding putting all the Gravel Pit information on a Spread Sheet which will be worked on.
Intent to Cut on property on Pleasant Valley Road was brought up and discussed.
