Peter Fenton, Chair opened the non public Selectmen’s meeting per RSA 91A3II a and c
at 8:22pm with Charles Meany, Andrew Pinard, Cheryl Behr, Administrator and Marge Cilley, Secretary present.
Personnel matters and contracts were discussed and acted on.
Motion was made by Peter Fenton, Chair, to close non-public meeting at 8:50pm.
