2. Ms. Dubaere referred by planning board
Regular Business:
1. Accounts payable and payroll manifest for review and signature
2. Choose roof color for Bement Bridge
3. Copier issues – refurbished/new/lower volume/color?? Try purchasing a dehumidifier instead? Current lease ends next year
4. No issue with extending plow route 100 yards on Blaisdell – trailer on property needs to be moved before winter and will use the drive as a turn-around. Land owner will need to maintain driveway for spring repairs.
5. Announce hearing notice for Rte 114 improvements (10 year plan)
6. Report on Safe Routes to School
7. Non public to discuss welfare issues per RSA 91:A3II c
