Regular Business
- Warrant Articles – Selectmen reviewed the list of anticipated warrants and requested adjustments be made in the listing of the warrants. The Board will reconsider and vote to recommend of not at next week’s meeting.
- Fire Truck Warrant Article – Questions regarding the process of bidding the fire truck were answered. Suggestions were made by a member of the Budget Committee regarding the process of establishing specifications, posting or soliciting bids and the review of bids.
- Ambulance service – it was reported that eight people have completed the rescue course and will be on the new first responder squad. The Selectmen discussed a periodic review with Henniker Rescue to confirm the new program is operating as hoped.
- Current Use Applications – signed by Selectmen
- Payroll memo signed by Selectmen
- Office hours for the rest of the week. Office will close at noon on Wednesday and will be closed Thursday and Friday.
- Meeting closed at 6:50 pm
