Review and Consideration of Minutes
Minutes of September 2, 2015 and September 16, 2015 reviewed with no changes.
Public Hearing opened at 7:02pm
James W. Wall presented his proposal to build an addition to present garage at 10 High St (Map 16-8).
Public Hearing closed at 7:10
Action on Public Hearing
Board reviewed criterion for a variance. Chair called for a vote.
Motion made to approve Application for a Variance for Map 16-8, voted 4-0.
- Notice of Decision signed and a copy was provided to applicant.
Budget
ZBA Budget reviewed. Motion made to keep 2016 budget the same as 2015 budget, voted 4-0.

- Chair signed newspaper invoice for Public Hearing
As there was no other business to come before the board meeting adjourned at 7:36pm.
